Set custom messages that greet customers when they visit your menu
Setting a Welcome Message
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Scroll to the "Welcome Message" section
- Enter a custom message that will greet customers when they first visit your menu
- This message appears in the AI chat interface
- Click "Save Settings" to apply
Welcome Message Examples
"Welcome to Mario's Pizza! 🍕 I'm here to help you explore our menu and place an order. What would you like to try today?"
"Hi! Welcome to our store. Browse our catalog and let me know if you have any questions about our products."
💡 Pro Tip
Keep your welcome message friendly and inviting. Mention that customers can ask questions or place orders. If you have specials or promotions, you can mention them here too.
