Accessing Orders
- Go to Dashboard → Orders in the navigation
- You'll see a list of all orders, sorted by most recent first
- Each order shows:
- Order number
- Customer name and contact information
- Order total
- Current status
- Date and time
Order Details
Click on any order card to expand it and see full details:
- Complete list of items ordered
- Selected options and sizes
- Customer notes or special instructions
- Pickup or delivery information
- Payment status
- Status update buttons
Filtering Orders
You can filter orders by status to see only pending, confirmed, preparing, ready, or completed orders.
