Common Issues

Stripe Account Not Connected

  • Make sure you completed the full Stripe onboarding process
  • Check that you verified your email with Stripe
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Stripe account
  • Contact Stripe support if onboarding is stuck

Payments Not Processing

  • Check your Stripe dashboard for any account restrictions
  • Verify your bank account is connected and verified
  • Check that your Stripe account is in good standing
  • Review Stripe's status page for service issues

Onboarding Incomplete

  • Complete all required fields in Stripe
  • Upload any requested verification documents
  • Wait for Stripe to review your information (can take 1-3 business days)
  • Check your email for requests from Stripe for additional information
