Payments Not Processing
- Check your Stripe dashboard for any account restrictions
- Verify your bank account is connected and verified
- Check that your Stripe account is in good standing
- Review Stripe's status page for service issues
Onboarding Incomplete
- Complete all required fields in Stripe
- Upload any requested verification documents
- Wait for Stripe to review your information (can take 1-3 business days)
- Check your email for requests from Stripe for additional information
