Getting Started Checklist

After creating your business profile, follow these steps to get your menu up and running:

  1. Add Menu Categories: Organize your storefront into categories—each has a section type (Products for sellable items, plus optional About us, Gallery, or Testimonials). See Menu section types and Organizing categories.
  2. Add Menu Items: Start adding your products with names, descriptions, prices, and images
  3. Customize Your Branding: Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and customize your AI assistant
  4. Set Business Hours: Let customers know when you're open
  5. Test Your Menu: Visit your menu URL to see how it looks to customers
  6. Set Up Payments (Optional): Connect Stripe to accept online payments

Quick Start Tips

  • Start with your most popular items - you can always add more later
  • Add detailed descriptions - this helps your AI assistant provide better recommendations
  • Use high-quality images - customers love seeing what they're ordering
  • Test the AI chat feature - ask it questions about your menu to see how it responds
