Email Notifications Not Working
Fix email delivery issues and ensure you receive order notifications
Checking Notification Settings
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Scroll to the "Notifications" section
- Verify that "Enable email notifications for new orders" is checked
- Check that your notification email address is correct
- Click "Save Settings" if you made any changes
Common Issues
Emails Going to Spam
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add the sender email to your contacts or whitelist
- Mark emails as "Not Spam" if found in spam folder
Wrong Email Address
- Update your notification email in Settings
- Make sure the email address is spelled correctly
- Verify the email address is active and can receive emails
Not Receiving Any Emails
- Check that notifications are enabled in Settings
- Verify your email address is correct
- Check spam/junk folders
- Contact support if the issue persists
