Email Notifications Not Working

Fix email delivery issues and ensure you receive order notifications

Checking Notification Settings

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings
  2. Scroll to the "Notifications" section
  3. Verify that "Enable email notifications for new orders" is checked
  4. Check that your notification email address is correct
  5. Click "Save Settings" if you made any changes

Common Issues

Emails Going to Spam

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Add the sender email to your contacts or whitelist
  • Mark emails as "Not Spam" if found in spam folder

Wrong Email Address

  • Update your notification email in Settings
  • Make sure the email address is spelled correctly
  • Verify the email address is active and can receive emails

Not Receiving Any Emails

  • Check that notifications are enabled in Settings
  • Verify your email address is correct
  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Contact support if the issue persists
