Setting Up Custom Domain

Use your own domain name for your menu (e.g., yourbusiness.com)

What is a Custom Domain?

A custom domain lets you use your own website address for your menu instead of the default subdomain. For example, instead of "yourbusiness.menuiq.app", you could use "yourbusiness.com".

Setting Up Your Custom Domain

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings
  2. Scroll to the "Custom Domain" section
  3. Enter your domain (e.g., "yourbusiness.com")
  4. Click "Add Domain"
  5. You'll receive DNS records to add to your domain
  6. Add the DNS records in your domain provider's settings (where you bought your domain)
  7. Wait for DNS propagation (usually 5-60 minutes, can take up to 48 hours)
  8. Once verified, your custom domain will be active

⚠️ Important

You need to own the domain and have access to its DNS settings. If you're not sure how to add DNS records, contact your domain provider or web hosting company for help.
