Track your menu performance and customer engagement

Accessing Analytics

  1. Go to Dashboard → Analytics in the navigation
  2. You'll see an overview of your menu performance
  3. Analytics include data on views, orders, popular items, and more

What Analytics Show

  • Menu Views: How many times your menu has been viewed
  • Total Orders: Number of orders placed
  • Revenue: Total revenue from orders
  • Popular Items: Most viewed and ordered items
  • Customer Engagement: Chat interactions and questions asked

Use analytics to identify your most popular items and optimize your menu. You can also see which items customers ask about most, helping you improve descriptions.
