Order Notifications

Configure email notifications for new orders and updates

Notification Settings

Go to Dashboard → Settings and scroll to the "Notifications" section.

Restaurant Notifications

  • Email Notifications: Receive email alerts when new orders are placed (default: enabled)
  • Notification Email: Set the email address where you want to receive order notifications (defaults to your account email)

Customer Notifications

  • Customer Email Notifications: Send email updates to customers when order status changes (default: enabled)
  • Customers receive emails for: order confirmation, status updates, and order ready notifications

What Notifications Include

Restaurant notifications include:

  • Order number and customer information
  • Complete order details and items
  • Order total
  • Link to view order in dashboard

Customer notifications include:

  • Order confirmation with details
  • Status update notifications
  • Order tracking link
