Notification Settings
Go to Dashboard → Settings and scroll to the "Notifications" section.
Restaurant Notifications
- Email Notifications: Receive email alerts when new orders are placed (default: enabled)
- Notification Email: Set the email address where you want to receive order notifications (defaults to your account email)
Customer Notifications
- Customer Email Notifications: Send email updates to customers when order status changes (default: enabled)
- Customers receive emails for: order confirmation, status updates, and order ready notifications
What Notifications Include
Restaurant notifications include:
- Order number and customer information
- Complete order details and items
- Order total
- Link to view order in dashboard
Customer notifications include:
- Order confirmation with details
- Status update notifications
- Order tracking link
